I’m due to start Strength 1 in a couple of weeks, and have never used bands. I have limited equipment (barbell, plates, squat stands, bench, couple of dumbbells) so was planning on using bands in the following ways - any tips or alternatives?:
- Bench - Loop the band underneath the bench and attach at each end of the barbell
- Deadlift - Use two bands and loop each one under each foot and over the barbell
- Squat - Same as deadlift
