If I were to purchase a training template, or package of them, would I have access to updated versions of it in future releases without paying extra?
Also, do you have any projections on how frequently the packages will be available? I’m considering running The Bridge after my current training as a test run of your methods before laying out the cash for the deluxe model.
This is just my two cents.I would say it’s more than just a template or a deluxe model of the bridge. I think one of the things that BBM does better than pretty much anyone in the industry is introducing and mixing different training modalities. This is important for a few reasons:
1.) Most of these modalities are not in PPST and are not in a template formate that you can plug and play. (e.g RPE, 4-hours a week to train, GPP, BW)
2.) With these modalities you can test on yourself and figure out what works for you. I think BBM skews higher (less than Juggernaut though) on the volume from what is typically out there (5/3/1, TM). You can figure out how much volume you personally can adapt to. To further this thought, it will (if you want to get into coaching) allow you to evaluate how volume sensitive a prospective intermediate trainee could be.
3.) If you plan on coaching people you get an idea of what a professionally drawn out template should like for for a trainee
The exposures to different modalities will benefit you a lot if you are transitioning from a novice program. Navigating the intermediate stage of training is difficult and requires a lot of thought. These templates could potentially help put you on the right path for your training career.
