While I’m not going full vegan just yet I’m definitely choosing more meat free options in my diet for ethical reasons and have found that with the exception of vegan protein powders the best vegan protein sources I can find that don’t have equal quantities of fat and/or fibre are the vegan meat substitutes. What you think of things like the Beyond Burger? My main concern is that I’m actually just eating a bunch of chemicals and soy.
