what do i do?

I’m am a 20-year-old guy with a current bodyweight of 240. I weight train 6 times a week with little to no cardio. I am currently eating way below my caloric maintenance at about 1200-1500 calories per day. I noticed that I have not been losing any weight for the past 2-3 weeks. I was wondering if I should add cardio to my schedule or if I need to start eating more to boost my metabolism.

There could be numerous reasons here. But I’ll ask you these questions first:

  1. How often do you weigh yourself and do you take body measurements (waist especially)?

  2. Your macros? And do you stick to similar foods on a daily basis or does it vary a lot?

  3. What do those 6 days/week of training look like?

If you’re not losing weight, you’re not below maintenance. Track calories more strictly.

You should probably do a little cardio anyway.
