What do you use for dressings, sauces, and condiments?

Do you have any recipes for sugar free dressings, sauces, and/or condiments you would like to share?

Most of the remaining added sugars in my diet are from salad dressings (sesame ginger dressing - vinegar and oil does not pair well with cabbage and kale), sauces (BBQ sauce), and condiments (ketchup). If you have replaced some of these items in your diet, what have you replaced them with? There are, of course, artificially sweetened versions. I try to avoid those as well as eating sweet foods results in craving more sweet foods.
