Hi again,
I’m so glad to now have time to train during quarantine and I’m enjoying my hypertrophy template. After my workout last night, my girlfriend noticed a whistle sound when I exhaled and told me it sounded like Asthma. It never really bothered me much but I definitely have it after hard workouts and notice some resistance while exhaling as well. So my question is; is this a normal side effect of training or is it possibly asthma? I’m not asking for a diagnosis just in your experience if this is something normal and common, or something I should clear up with my doctor once things get back to normal. Thanks
