Thanks again for the past help. Hopefully this is an appropriate question for the forum?
I recently finished week 3 of the NLP and was starting to wonder when I should move from 10 lbs per session to 5lbs for Squat and DL (also, when to decrease for press/bench)?
I believe SS said 2-3 weeks, but was wondering how others have done it.
Current stats:
36/238/71”
Squat 95-175
DL 115-195
Press 65-85
Bench 85-100
