Where to Start

Hi Barbell Medicine Team,

I’ve been following your content for a couple months and have tremendously benefited from the information. It has greatly impacted my approach to training and the results of my clients (Coach at Equinox NYC). I will be running an LP on myself within the next week and I wanted your take on where to start both in weights and nutritional intake. I have decent experience under the bar so I don’t know what category (novice or int.) I would fall in. Here’s a bit of data:

Age: 22
Height: 5’10"
Weight: 160lbs
Bodyfat: 6%
Squat(1RM): 245lbs
Press(1RM): 135lbs
Bench(1RM): 195lbs
Deadlift(1RM): 365lbs
