Whey vs pea protein

So I am wondering if pea or whey is better for me. Are their any articles talking about one vs the other. I seen a small segment online but am interested in reading more about pea protein from trusted sources. Thank you

They both do about the same with respect to outcomes like hypertrophy, strength, and weight manipulation. Thus, it’s all about personal preference.

I’d try to find a good pea protein isolate with a similar essential amino acid profile to whey, like our whey Rx if you prefer.
