I always wondered how hard I’m working outside of the gym. I decided to wear my Polar H10 while I did some yard work yesterday. I would never have guessed I was working at Z4+!
I’m sure that spike at 27 minutes isn’t accurate but still - decent workout!
We had a very hot summer last year here in Northern California foothills. I lost 3 oak trees on my property and, with chainsaw work and lugging around wood, my watch logged me in Z5 for many minutes and Z4 for a lot more. My property has a lot of slopes, too, so that helped in kicking the heart into turbo
No doubt with any reasonable amount of movement, weight, and slopes it’s def some good zone working coming up!
