I’m preparing for a meet at the end of April and I’m currently doing the 12-week strength program (it’s great!). I have a couple of questions:
One: Is Day 4 of week 13 the meet day?
Second question: What sort of training do you recommend for the week immediately after the meet? I was thinking of running the 4-day hypertropy template, followed by second run at the 12-week strength template to prepare for another competition in October.
