Extending the 12 week strength match a meet

So the peaking or test week is the 13th week.
But if I want to start the 12 week template 15 weeks prior to the meet so that i want to test on the 15th week, which weeks should i repeat in the middle

We would not recommend doing that. Rather, you would do another 3 weeks of non specific programming, e.g. hypertrophy, powerbuilding, or general s/c and then start the strength template. In short, I’m not sure that extending the strength template is a the best idea.

Would you rather I pick some specific weeks from hyper to have a logical 3 weeks or the first 3 weeks are fine?

What if I’ve just finished 7 wk hypertrophy and have 19 weeks until a meet? Run hypertrophy again or run first 6 weeks of 12wk strength then restart from wk 1? I see you say above Extending the strength template is not a good idea. The meets that are available in my area seem to be about 27 weeks apart so I’ve been doing 1-2wk low stress after previous meet, 7wk Hyp, Wk 1-6 of 12wk strength then repeating wk 1-13 of 12 week strength into the meet. Does my carefully laid out plan of attack need some improvement?

PS I’ve just restarted from week 1 of 12 wk strength the second time through in the above plan (meet in 12.5wks) so I’m guessing I should just go ahead with that and try a new approach next time around after this meet?
