2x/week Training

Any downsides to 2x/week full body instead of 3-4x/week, for hypertrophy? Assuming equal volume?

What about 2x/week concurrent training, with 1 intensity day and 1 volume day?

If you’re doing greater than ~ 10 sets for a particular muscle group on a given day, the higher frequency program would be better.

The concurrent training program doesn’t really make sense, so I can’t answer it.
