A couple questions regarding GPP.

First of all i would like to thank you guys for the incredible effort you are putting up to share medical and training knowledge.
I recently purchased the 7 week hypertrophy program, for 4 days a week and i have some issue understanding how to incorporate GPP:
In particular the AMRAP upperback and ab work should have its separate days or can be incorporated once per week in the “normal” training days?

Glad to have you here! We’d have you do the back and ab work with the other GPP work-so after your conditioning works well (2x week). You can also do that post-training.
