GPP/Hypertrophy template questions

I bought the GPP Hypertrophy template last week and have been reviewing it and I have some questions.

The intro video just links to the YouTube video introducing the new templates for 2017, not a video specifically about the GPP/Hypertrophy template. How do I get the video intro to the template?

When should I consider doing the bonus bicep/tricep work? After each workout if I have time, or only once per week?

Am I right to assume that I should rotate through the GPP work listed, or would you assign the different GPP exercises specifically to certain weeks?

There is no video for this particular template (yet).

For the arm work, I have it programmed as 2x/wk weeks 1-4 and 3x/wk 5-7 (from memory).

As far as GPP goes, I’m not sure what you’re asking specifically. You should pick one upper back exercise, one ab exercise, and one conditioning modality and do that for a single gpp session. It is okay to change them between sessions (or not). Either way works.

I think I have it now. Without some more direction I would have only done one of the GPP exercises on the off days. Thanks for the help.

I’m on week 2 of the GPP program and it’s my first time doing AMRAPs. I picked a low weight for the row (65 lbs) and can do sets of 15 at RPE 8 without going vertical. Should I increase the weight until I’m in the 8-12 rep range? Does it matter?

About me: Female, over fifty, finished NLP a couple of months ago, wanted to focus on weight loss as my waist is 39-40"inches (depending on where I measure).
