Hypertrophy Template v2.0 Clarification

Hey guys, just got my updated hypertrophy template. Way nicer UI, looks a lot more polished than the old programs! More similar to the google sheet I plug all my programs into - great work!

My question is - I noticed when reviewing the overview of the program v2.0 that arm work is on the GPP days (2x a week) - but I believe in the v1.0 template arm work was 3x a week (non-gpp days). Is this intentional? Am i misinterpreting the template overview to have less arm volume? I know i am welcome to simply add 1-2 more arm work days, but I was curious as to the reasoning behind this difference.

I also noticed the description in the spreadsheet mentions it being great for weight loss (similar to how the v1.0 said) but nothing about weight gain. Just thought i would point that out - other than that just a few minor typos.

Thanks for all the information you guys provide as always - as well as the free update to those that previously purchased the programs. You guys stand by the research and your practice - really getting me considering starting to coach on the side. Looking forward to what the future holds for all of us.
