If I plan to repeat the 4-day hypertrophy template, is it advised that I start over and reset the arm and conditioning volume to the lower numbers like in week 1? Or could I continue where I left off doing 5 sets of arms 3x week and gpp 2x week?
Slightly related, what are BBM’s thoughts on repeating the hypertrophy templates?
I’m on the 3 day template and quite enjoying it while I’m cutting some fat. I will likely still have fat to lose at the end of the 7 weeks - is it advisable to run the same template again, or switch to a strength program even if in a calorie deficit?
I’m sure I recall seeing BBM advise not to run hypertrophy templates twice in succession - but not sure if that applies here due to diet.
You can certainly run that template again. Or you can bump up to the 4 day template if you want a change. I think either choice would be fine here, and I’m glad you’re enjoying it!
