Since there are black friday discounts I was planning on buying a template and was deciding between HLM and the 4 day hypertrophy template, I think I lean towards the HLM template. I already have the 3 day hypertrophy template and the 12 week strength template and would like to train 4 days when training for hypertrophy periods… I can only buy one template at the moment and was thinking if it is possible to turn the 3day hypertrophy template into a 4 day?
Sure, it is possible. But I don’t think the time investment necessary to make those modifications and program all modified work in accordance with the periodization of the entire template is worth the savings of approximately 5 USD.
Oh, I understand now. You could modify it in whatever way you like to make your own version of a GPP hypertrophy block. Just make sure to follow the periodization and theoretical underpinnings of the 3-Day when making your own version.
