I’m currently running the 4 Day hypertrophy template. I’m loving it but in the future, if I want to run a 3 day hypertrophy program, what should I do? Can I just drop the 4th day from the 4 day template or are the two programs different enough where you shouldn’t do that?
They are different enough that I wouldn’t do that. Also, if you’re prioritizing hypertrophy in a training block lowering volume by 25% is probably not the smartest way to go about it.
