Just started 4-Day Hypertrophy this week. I selected the 4-day because majority of the weeks I have the time. However, due to the time of year there will be the off week here or there where a 4-6 day/week program doesn’t work. Is there a means by which to dice the 4-day down to a 3-day program just for select weeks?
I would just skip Day 4 entirely for those few weeks.
