Hypertrophy 1 Day 4 exercises

I was filling out the exercise selection portion of the Hypertrophy 1 template (1.3) and noticed that Day 4 exercises don’t get populated with exercises like the other days. While typing this I double checked the Overview tab and Day 4 doesn’t appear there. Am I missing something obvious?

It’s a 3-day per week program so, there are no day 4 exercises :slight_smile:

Yeah…all signs pointed to that obvious fact. For some reason my template has a Day 4 segment when looking at the “Week” tabs /shrug. Thanks for getting back to me :slight_smile:
