I bought the 4 day hypertrophy template today. My question is about the third exercise for each day. For example on Day 1 Week 1 you do bench press touch & go for 14-16 reps @RPE 8 then it says on the next line just 3-5 reps. Is this MYO reps? If so i don’t understand. Do you do the 14-16 reps @ RPE 8 then just do 3-5 reps after that? Please help so I can execute the program correctly. Love the templates by the way.
