I’ve just started Powerbuilding 1 again, but want to run a hypertrophy template after this 10 weeks is up.
I purchased the Hypertrophy 2 template but due to time constraints I can only train 3 days a week. Do you think I’d be better off:
- Doing 4 exercises per day instead of 3, or
- Sticking to 3 exercises per day and shifting workouts along accordingly (e.g. moving day 4 on week 1 to become day 1 on week 2 etc, which would extend the program to 12 weeks instead of 10).
