4 day template over 3 days

Hi there,

I’ve just started Powerbuilding 1 again, but want to run a hypertrophy template after this 10 weeks is up.

I purchased the Hypertrophy 2 template but due to time constraints I can only train 3 days a week. Do you think I’d be better off:

  1. Doing 4 exercises per day instead of 3, or
  2. Sticking to 3 exercises per day and shifting workouts along accordingly (e.g. moving day 4 on week 1 to become day 1 on week 2 etc, which would extend the program to 12 weeks instead of 10).

To follow up on this topic.
If someone could train only 3 days but can squeeze in additional slot every day, would you rather recommend no 1 of your templates ( 3day versions of hyper, pwb and strength) or hyper2, pwb 2, and strength 2 to be done in 3 day fashion?

For more context, I’ve runned every of BBM 3 day templates so thinking I can maybe benefit from more volumu/frequency
