I recently just finished the 4 day Hypertrophy template. (This is a template that went on sale from 2018-19 I believe). I took advantage of the BBM Black Friday sale, and bought Powerbuilding 1. I’m a bit concerned however, because I noticed in PB1 I’ll be training 3 days a week instead of 4 days a week. Will this cause any sort of a detraining effect?
Not at all. That said, if you’d like to train 4 d/wk, the Powerbuilding II template would be right up your alley.
