I’m finishing up The Bridge v2.0, and plan to move on to one of the new Hypertrophy templates.
Does the 4 day template have more volume vs the 3 day, or is it roughly similar, but spread out over an extra day?

There is more volume in the 4 day program.
Thanks, Leah. Do you have a rough estimate of how long each workout will take in either case?
