Has anyone ordered the templates by volume? If one wanted to go through several templates with increasing volume from template to template?
bridge → bridge 2 → hypertrophy → hlm → 4wkst (4-day)
i dont think the endurance/oly/time crunch are comparable to the ones above.
On reddit it was posted that this is the volume order of the following templates:
Bridge > Bridge 2> Hypertrophy > HLM > 12-Week Strength
…a bit surprising that the strength period template has more volume than a hypertrophy, but the explanation was it’s a 4-day program where as the others are 3-day.
Someone else said there is a new 4-day hypertrophy template coming out, which would be welcome.
Correct, Jordan said very soon.
Same for the BBM NLP template.
I literally might not train for a month or two just so I can run it lmao. Not really but part of me wants to.
what are you gonna do, not wait ?
Lmao ^
Id agree that the strength template has the most amount of volume.
I’ll definitely try the BBNLP after taking a training break, which I usually do around university exam time.
curious to see the new templates coming out later but for sure this will be modified this way:
BBMNLP [NEW] → bridge → bridge 2 → hypertrophy [Updated] → hlm → hypertrophy 4-day [NEW]-> 4wkst (4-day)
I’m currently doing the hypertrophy program, would it be a good idea to run the bridge 1,0 after hypertrophy despite the lower volume it contains? or iwould it be better to try HLM
not talking about volume, What are the other differences between the bridge and HLM?
Not a powerlifter here (do I even need to peak?), just the regular guy willing a better body composition and to increase the strength on the main lifts. Not willing to gain a buch of weigth…
HLM wont make you peak.
no point running bridge after hypertrophy. Hypertrophy assumes you either dont need the bridge anymore or youre already gone through it.
