I’m doing the Bridge 1.0 right now and was planning out which templates to do going forward, up to next May. I don’t compete in Powerlifting, but I am doing an obstacle course race next May. I did pretty well at it this year, but would like to do even better next year, particularly in terms of endurance so I figured the Endurance template would be a good idea leading up to it. With that being said, is there anything wrong with the following template order:
Hypertrophy > 12 Week Strength > Hypertrophy> HLM > Endurance
Ideally I would have the Hypertrophy blocks separated more, but I wasn’t sure about running it right before Endurance. And I don’t have enough time to run the Strength Template again instead of HLM (which is 8 weeks, correct). Thanks!
