Greetings. I am trying to figure out what template to do next. I am 37yo, 5’10”, ~175 lbs. I just completed the new 3-day Hypertrophy template 2.0. Prior to that, I ran The Bridge 1.0 2x consecutively with the first run through being my introduction to post-novice programming.
I was originally planning on doing the Bridge 2.0 next, but after rereading the description, it seems as though it may not be the right template.
Is The Bridge 2.0 appropriate, or should I be looking at the HLM or 12-week strength templates?
