Finishing up week 8 of the first bridge program and I’ve seen some fantastic progress. Previously, I ran the GPP Hypertrophy program. Any recommendations for the next template to run?
I’m wondering the same thing. I’m anxious to run the 12-week template, but honestly I’m thinking of running the Bridge v2.0 next simply because I feel like I’m still learning/tweaking this RPE stuff, and I like the 3x per week approach. At week 6 I’m making great progress on the Bridge v1.0, but I know for certain that I could have done better.
12 Week Strength or Bridge v2.0 would be my recommendation.
