Two Week Pivot Block Between Bridge 3.0 and GPP/Hypertrophy

I will be completing the Bridge 3.0 soon and am looking to run the 7 week GPP Hypertrophy template timed to complete right before a vacation later this spring. This would give me a 2 week block to fill after the end of the Bridge. I’d like to continue some strength progression for those two weeks.

Thoughts on just rerunning Week 8 and then Week 1 of the Bridge 3.0 for those two weeks?

That would be just fine! Week 1 of the Bridge 3.0 will ease you back into more rep work before all the sets of 6. :slight_smile:
