GPP when transitioning templates

Just finished the 7 Week Hypertrophy (3-Day) Legacy Version 2.0 and started the Bridge Version 3.0. The volume for the main lifts in the hyper template was just about right for me by the end. However, GPP arms started to feel a bit fatigued by week 6-7 with 10 sets 3x/week. Starting the bridge and the GPP volume is reduced compared to the end of the 7week hyper. Should I reduce GPP volume when starting the bridge 3.0 as prescribed by the template (maybe to give the joints a break) and build up again or continue where I left off with the GPP prescription from the 7week hyper?

Either option will be just fine. I’d opt to go with continuing the GPP work as I was doing IF arm work was particularly important to me. Although I don’t think it’s about giving your joints a break rather altering the training stress a bit and that’s fine.
