Hey.
I’m currently on week 5 of The Bridge 2.0. Looking at my calendar, there’s one week between week 8 (the last week of the program) and my vacation trip. Seeing as how week 8 is low stress, and so is a vacation trip supposedly, would it be useful to do week 7 three times? Like so:
… 5, 6, 7, 7, 7, Vacation, GPP Hypertrophy…
Or just start Hypertrophy the week before vacation? Any better ideas?
