Two-week vacation

Hey.

I’m currently on week 5 of The Bridge 2.0. Looking at my calendar, there’s one week between week 8 (the last week of the program) and my vacation trip. Seeing as how week 8 is low stress, and so is a vacation trip supposedly, would it be useful to do week 7 three times? Like so:

… 5, 6, 7, 7, 7, Vacation, GPP Hypertrophy…

Or just start Hypertrophy the week before vacation? Any better ideas?

If you were planning to move to the hypertrophy template next, I’d probably just start that and start it again when you get back.
