I was thinking about running it after The Bridge, which is my first post-novice program. Also, if I did that, 4 weeks in I’ll be on vacation and won’t have access to a barbell. I will have access to some machines and dumbbells. Should I even bother training that week, and should I repeat Week 3 when I get back or start over? Or would another template be better with that week of vacation in the middle?
Hi Keith,
That template would be just fine and you can just pick up where you left off after your week vacation. I would personally do some GPP type work in the vacation gym, that’s not going to hurt your training progress, and it’s pretty good to move/work on your general work capacity that week.
