Have to take a break during The Bridge, switch to different template after break?

Hi!

I started The Bridge this week, but now I’ll need to take a 1-2 week break from training (ear correction surgery) in 4 weeks.

When finally resuming training, should I:
A. repeat week 4, finish The Bridge and move to another template; or
B. not resume The Bridge but instead switch to another template (was thinking the new Hypertrophy I as I’m currently trying to lean out)

I think it depends on what you’ve done in the past. If The Bridge was your first intro to BBM after a novice progression then I would probably finish that or run our Beginner template. If you’ve done other programs of ours and are interested in hypertrophy, I’d do hypertrophy I then.

Yes I’m new to your templates and to the whole RPE training thing. So I’ll finish The Brigde then.
