Hi!
I started The Bridge this week, but now I’ll need to take a 1-2 week break from training (ear correction surgery) in 4 weeks.
When finally resuming training, should I:
A. repeat week 4, finish The Bridge and move to another template; or
B. not resume The Bridge but instead switch to another template (was thinking the new Hypertrophy I as I’m currently trying to lean out)
