Restarting Bridge halfway through

Hello, I started the Bridge 3.0 after a 6 month novice LP. This time however coincided with the start of my exam session and I got subpar sleep this period (~6hr/night), and I also under-ate. I think because of this I haven’t made any progress on the program, now having finished the 4th week of the template.
Now that my exam session has ended though, I will have more than enough time to dedicate to training and nutrition (3 month summer vacation, nothing to do). I was wondering which would be the best course of action (for max strength gains): continue the template where I left off, OR restart at week 1, OR maybe consider a different template since I will have a lot of free time to accommodate for higher volume? I would recommend continuing the template you’re on and taking steps to engrain some solid nutrition habits during this time of lighter academic stress. You’ll be well-served by doing that next time school starts!
