What template to run after 2 cycles of the bridge 1.0

Hey all,

I just finished my second run through of the bridge. Have made great strength gains and it’s been fantastic. I had a strained hamstring that really hindered my progress last year and the bridge helped me get back to form without breaking my body down again.

My basic goals are to get yoked and to get strong. Those have been my goals since I started training almost a decade ago. Pretty simple. I’ve been really eyeing the powerbuilding 1 program and the hypertrophy 1 program.

Since I’ve been running a powerlifting specific program like the bridge for the last 16 weeks, do you think it makes more sense to dedicate the next 10 weeks to a hypertrophy specific program? Or do you think it makes more sense to do a hybrid hypertrophy/strength program like the powerlifting program?

I understand that in a vacuum, the powerbuilding program ultimately aligns with my goals the most, but given the fact that I’ve done the bridge for 16 weeks straight do you think it makes sense to dedicate the next 10 week block of training to hypertrophy specifically? I would run the powerbuilding template 10/10 times in this situation.

I don’t think I would have a powerlifter run a 10 week block for hypertrophy that often.
