Recommended program after ‘The Bridge’.

Hi,

I’m currently halfway through the bridge, really enjoying it.
I’m looking to continue training with your templates, would you recommend running the hypertrophy 1 template as soon as the bridge is finished and then after the hypertrophy run the strength 1 template?

My main goal is strength but would also like to increase muscle size.

Age-35
Height-191cm
Weight-101kg

Current Lifts (E1RM)
Squat- 179kg
Bench- 123kg
Press- 80kg
Deadlift- 246kg

I think Powerbuilding I would be the perfect program for you in this case.
