Sequence of templates

Hi ,

I ran v1 of the 3 day hypertrophy followed by the 12 week strength 4 day.

Would it be advisable to run v2 of the 3day or should I run something with more volume?

It it looks like less work then the strength template .

You could either run the 3 day again, or if you’d like something with more work & frequency, the 4 day hypertrophy template is another option.
