what mention there is 30 minutes of steady state cardio @ RPE 6-7 2x/wk
Every 2 minutes on the minute, sprint 20 seconds @ RPE 10 x 12 minutes 1x/wk
do you mean 12 min in addition to the 30 min of LISS on different session ?

Hey Peter,
I would do the HIIT on a session separate from the LISS. It can be done after a lifting workout, or on a stand-alone GPP day.
