I just finished the Hypertrophy template, and i’m on the second week of the powerlifitng template in preparation for my first powerlifting meet at University. I am wondering if the LISS cardio is worthwhile for me considering that I do quite a bit of brisk walking around campus, often walking in durations around 15 minutes daily. I am 21 years old, 188 lbs, 6 feet tall, and I have a 33 inch waist. Whilst running the hypertrophy template, I did the perscribed LISS, as I was at another school and did not spend nearly as much time walking as I currently do. Would it be ill advised to skip the LISS and only do the HIIT? Thank you for your time.
