I do several brisk 30-45min walks per week with my dog, so I wanted your opinion if this is enough to cover the LISS portion on your templates like bridge 3.0, hlm, 3day hyper?
What does your heart rate get to on these walks? Probably fine though, unless you need to lose weight
I havent monitored my hr, but yeah its prob too low… I could run/jog too, but it has kinda bad reputation as conditioning for strenght sports, so I have been avoiding that.
