I want to follow this program instead of SS because I don’t want to do power cleans, but I love chin ups and can do a decent amount (i’m skinny and been doing them for a while).
Can Chin-ups be done on top of this program, or could they go in place of rows provided that I can do them weighted?
I like the idea of following a novice routine recommended by you guys instead of an idiot with no credibility which I have fallen for recently. (too much youtube)
I don’t think I feel comfortable recommending that program just yet. I would do SSLP at this point with rows for 3 sets of 8 reps instead of power cleans. I don’t think you should do weighted chin ups at this time.

Thanks for the answer, that’s what I will do then. Would the rows be implemented because they help the dead lift? I’m in love with weighted chins but if they aren’t going to be an efficient use of time/energy i’ll forget about them for now.
