Hi everyone,
I’m currently on my first week of the beginner progression. I’m wondering if I can incorporate three days of rowing alongside the progression as long as I’m still losing 1-2 lbs a week. My friend wants to do a program called Petes Plan.
I’m currently 29, 6’2, 224 lbs and a 41 inch waist. I’m trying to lose weight to get around a normal BMI and underneath a 35 inch waist measurement. Thank you!
