I am 3 months into training for power lifting meets. What supplements would aid in recovery given the fact I have Addison’s and Hashimoto’s? I am well managed and do stress dose for heavy lifting days. Are there any other things I should consider given my diagnoses? Thank you.
I believe I answered this in the FB group, but as long as your conditions are well controlled, I don’t think there are other supplements you need for recovery other than adequate calorie & protein intake, good sleep, and smart programming.
