I’ve been experiencing some knee pain and have purchased the Knee Rehab Template.
I am a 33 year old male, 6 foot, 200lbs, 37inch waist with 10+ years training, currently in a fat loss phase looking to lose around 3 inches from my waist.
Whilst working through the knee template, would adding the 2 days upper-back/arms from PB1 be reasonable to aid in muscle retention whilst cutting? Or switching the upper body portion completely for the upper body from PB/Hypertrophy. Or just run the program as it is.
I own the 3&4 day 7 week hypertrophy. PB 1&2, and 12 week strength.
