Adjustable bench or a flat bench?

I’m doing the General Strength & Conditioning II Template and need a great bench for my garage gym.

In the General Strength & Conditioning II Template there are two exercises there use an adjustable bench. High incline Barbell Press and Chest-Supported Row. But I could just change them with Dips and Bent over Row.

Should I buy an adjustable bench or a flat bench?

If you have a non-adjustable bench already, it would probably make sense to have an adjustable one if you have the space and spare coin. I tend to recommend an adjustable bench over a fixed, flat bench for a home gym due to added movement flexibility.

I think the rogue one is overbuilt and far too heavy, but the REP model is pretty decent.

An adjustable bench can be used for High incline Barbell Press and Chest-Supported Row, other importen exercises?

Is High incline Barbell Press importen if you do bench press and shoulder press?

Is Chest-Supported Row importen if you do Bent over Row?

Is it important to be able to switch between many different exercises?

Hope my questions make sense

Oh, an adjustable bench can be used for a ton of exercises. Whether or not they’re important is a subjective opinion, but I do routinely recommend an adjustable bench over a fixed bench when people are building out their home gym.

I would not supplant one exercise for another in perpetuity, ever. Being able to do different exercises is important in my view.

FWIW, if I was building out a home gym I’d definitely get an adjustable bench. They’re very useful!
