I have a home gym including a Rogue RML-490c rack, Ohio Power Bar, flat utility bench, and iron plates. I just finished week 1 of the 4 Day GPP/Hypertrophy template and did the alternative lifts that didn’t include dumbbells and incline bench. Am I missing a lot by not incorporating incline bench and dumbbell presses/rows, or am I just overthinking this? I’m really digging the program and look forward to completing it and tackling other templates. Thanks.
You can train quite well without them. As you continue training over years, an adjustable DB set would be a cool addition to your home gym, as would the bench, but you’re fine for now!
