Good morning, I’m doing the Beginner template and having great success. I ran it out through week 4.6 and now moving to phase 2. My bench and press are my weakest lefts, which is probably not uncommon. I know that your default lifts are preferred, but I lift in my garage and don’t yet have access to an incline bench or leg press machine. I do have a weighted vest and dip belt. What alternatives would you recommend?
