Exercise Selection: Phase 2 of The Beginner Template

I am getting very close to starting phase two of the Beginner Template. After running SS in the past, I am really enjoying this template! Thank you!

I have a garage gym with minimal equipment (Power rack, barbell, flat bench). To replace the leg press, I think I am going to use split squats. Since I only have a flat bench, what would be your recommendation to replace the incline bench?

Great to hear that you’ve completed phase 1 and that it’s going well. Hopefully you’ve seen the exercise selection tab for each phase, and you can right click on each field to see a list of substitutions. In this case a great option would be the close grip bench.
