Alternate day fasting

Hi BBM!
I feel like i’m approaching the end of my LP and planning to run bridge 1.0 afterwards on a caloric deficit to lose about 10-15 pounds. Would it ruin my gainzz if i would eat most of my calories on my heavy training days and less or none on my gpp/off days.
For example if my goals would be 2400 calories for a day with 150-180 grams of protein 50 grams of fat and the rest carbs. Is it wrong to eat 4300 calories the first day and 500 the next if i’m hitting my macros over the course of 2 days.(the 500 would be 1 litre of milk, since i love it in my tea/coffee/anything or just drinking it )
I found that its way easier for me to completely fast then to restrict calories, so is it okay for me if it would improve my ​​adherence to my diet?

I would not recommend alternate day fasting.
